4-One hour or 30 minute shared session that covers agility, cardio, strength, endurance and core conditioning. Pricing is per person, for 1 session per week, per month. Check schedule for meeting days and times.
FOUR-ON-ONE - 1 hour/ 30 minutes

BASIC FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Document Weight & Height for BMI, Blood Pressure (estimate), Resting Heart Rate (estimate), Tape Measurements for Waist to Hip Ratio & Body Fat/Lean Muscle to create your benchmark. Food Journal review and Exercise prescription included. Also includes progress checks against the benchmark every 4 to 6 weeks for 6 months.
