FUNCTIONALITY IN TRAINING
(F.I.T.)
Studio F.I.T. is a unique Personal Training & Customized Group Fitness facility. Specializing in functional & core-based movement, we strive to integrate exercise and training into day-to-day living. Our many programs reflect this from our Tabata Training , Pilates and HIIT classes to our Gravity & TRX systems!
PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES:
ONE -ON-ONE- 1 hour/ 30 minutes
4-One hour or 30 minute private sessions. Customized program designed for you by our trainers at StudioFIT.
TWO-ON-ONE- 1 hour/ 30 minutes
4-One hour or 30 minute shared sessions. Customized program design and training at your convenience at StudioFIT. Cost is per person, per month.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (3-4 in group)- 1 hour/ 30 minutes
4-One hour or 30 minute shared session that covers agility, cardio, strength, endurance and core conditioning. Cost is per person, for 1 session per week, per month. Check schedule for meeting days and times.
LARGE GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING- 1 hour
4-One hour session shared with 5-8 other clients cover agility, cardio, strength, endurance and core conditioning. Cost is per person, for 1 session per week, per month. Check schedule for meeting days and times.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Document Weight & Height for BMI, Blood Pressure (estimate), Resting Heart Rate (estimate), Tape Measurements for Waist to Hip Ratio & Body Fat/Lean Muscle to create your benchmark. Food Journal review and Exercise prescription included. Also includes progress checks against the benchmark every 4 to 6 weeks for 6 months.
