Christine has over 30 years of experience in the fitness business. Besides teaching trending group fitness classes, she is a personal trainer that focuses primarily on safety first while training her clients for functional development and strength. Christine has a Business Management degree as well as an executive MBA from the University of South Florida; her fitness certifications and credentials cover just about all aspects of fitness.

Mark+Simmons

Mark is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of Exercise Physiology and functional training experience. Adept in performing One-on-One training as well as small and large group personal training; knowledgeable in all areas of Exercise Systems Adaptations, Excel in analyzing and solving problems with various client exercise design programs. AFAA, ACE, LES MILLS, FITOUR, SCW certifications
