Besides teaching trending group fitness classes, she is a personal trainer that focuses primarily on safety first while training her clients for functional development and strength. Christine has a Business Management degree as well as an executive MBA from the University of South Florida; her fitness certifications and credentials cover just about all aspects of fitness.
Mark is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of Exercise Physiology and functional training experience. Adept in performing One-on-One training as well as small and large group personal training; knowledgeable in all areas of Exercise Systems Adaptations, Excel in analyzing and solving problems with various client exercise design programs. Kristine Personal Trainer Kristine been in the health and fitness industry for over 27 years. She's played volleyball and basketball in college and coached volleyball for Pasco high school. Her motto is to stay focused and determined. Kristine teaches clients to train to stay healthy for quality of life. Angie Grenadier is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer. She has a love for the outdoors and is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. By attending group exercise classes and working as a group fitness instructor in her early years, she has continued through the years to strengthen her passion for being healthy and active, which is something she hopes to share with others through her classes.
