She specializes in strength training, flexibility, sports performance, weight management, and pre/post-natal fitness, designed to help you train smarter, move better, and live stronger.
Aimee's approach is results-driven, personalized, and rooted in real-world application. Every program she creates is tailored to your unique goals, body, and lifestyle—because fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all.
She's passionate about helping you feel empowered both inside and out. Aimee is CPR/First Aid Certified.
