Mark is The Bootcamp Killah! although he's had almost 30 years in corporate America, Mark has military experience, serving in the Army, and has used his knowledge to teach bootcamp and HIIT classes. He also teaches cycle, Silver Sneakers, Bodypump, Aqua, and Grit. Mark applies the " Functional Training" concept when personal training clients.

I’ve been a group exercise instructor since July 2000. I started out as a member at Shapes Total Fitness and one day the Group Fitness Manager approached me and said “ you should get certified; you’re here all the time and you’re good at it!” So i did and i haven’t looked back. My passion for fitness is just as strong now as it was when i first started. I love to motivate people and help them reach their goals.
